Please nominate up to 4 Youth members (ages 18–30) and up to 5 Parent members. From these 9 nominees, 7 will ultimately be selected for the management group.

Voting and election eligibility within the Parents Association of E.O.T.C Youth Group is governed by Clauses 7, 8 and 9 of the Constitution. All registered members aged 18 and above have the right to vote at General Meetings and elections. Members who have maintained active membership for a minimum of one year are eligible to be nominated or elected to the Parents Management Committee.
